
Happy Mindful Monday!
Today I wanted to share with y’all a Daily Planner that I created and have been using every day. This helps me be more mindful alllll throughout the day!
I am a spontaneous person & this planner helps me concentrate on my priorities. Being a spontaneous person is both a gift and a curse. I am gifted because I can always find something to do and I’m constantly entertaining myself. BUT I am distracted way too often and I fixate on activities that aren’t that important. This year my fiance and I have big goals to accomplish before we start wedding planning. I am practicing mindfulness to hone in on our goals.
The Daily Planner I have created serves as a constant reminder to myself and what I need to carry out to reach my goals! Planning hour by hour keeps me focused and consistent so that there’s little room for spontaneity. On days when I don’t have too much work to do I allow myself the time to be spontaneous because that is still a large part of who I am!
